Welcome To Zip Boise!
LAST DAY August 15, 2020
COVID-19 Notice -
August 6, 2020 - Due to the increase in the COVID cases reported in the Boise area and the closing of the Eagle Island State Park waterslide feature, we are closing zipline operations effective August 15, 2020, for the health of our guests and employees. You may still zipline at our Zip McCall property by making reservations at www.ZipMcCall.com. Thank you for your understanding.
Zip Boise is monitoring the pandemic situation closely and taking proactive measures to increase the safety of our employees and guests. As a true OPEN AIR ADVENTURE, you will never be confined to a building or van ride to our course, forced to breath recirculated air. We have implemented additional sanitation protocols which address specific cleaning and disinfecting of all safety equipment, following manufactures recommendations. We ask all guests to monitor their own health and if you have a temperature or other COVID-19 symptoms, to please refrain from attending our tours. All guides will wear masks and guests are requested to bring their own masks and wear them while participating on your zip tour. If you don't have a mask, they will be available onsite for a nominal fee. Hand sanitizer will be available and used by guides between tours. In order to address proper social distancing, our tours will also be spread out slightly by adding an additional guide to each tour.
In addition to these special procedures, we will also be relaxing our cancellation policy from 72 hours prior to your tour in order to receive a full refund, down to only 24 hours for tours operating Monday - Thursday and 48 hours on tours operating Friday - Sunday. These special actions will expire once travel and business operation restrictions are lifted. Thank you for your understanding and joining Zip Boise during these unprecedented times.
